Highlights of FTA Index 2025
The FTA Index 2025 results show many positive signs in the implementation and enforcement of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) in localities across the country.
The national average score continues to increase compared to the previous year, reflecting improvements in awareness, management capacity and activities to support businesses in taking advantage of the FTA. Many localities have promoted information dissemination, reformed administrative procedures and implemented export support programs.
Notably, the gap between the leading local group and the average group is gradually narrowing. This shows that localities have paid more equal attention to implementing FTA commitments, especially in the areas of business support, trade promotion and sustainable development.
